- Delivery Times
- Delivery generally takes between 48 hours and 7 working days from date of payment confirmation and taking into consideration the availability of stock and region of delivery.
- Delivery Costs
- Due to our large range of products, shipping fees vary from item to item. Shipping fee's will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.
- Delivery Methods
- X-Ware uses the services of a courier company. We can ship to any physical address within South Africa but unfortunately we do not ship to postal boxes.
- We offer a collection option for all JHB & PTA based customers who would rather collect than wait for a delivery. Selecting the collection option is free and you will not be charged a delivery fee. Once we have received your order and confirmed stock availabilities, you will be contacted with a date and time that you can collect. Payment can be made online via the website, via bank transfer or upon collection.
- X-Ware will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. X-Ware will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the customers chosen delivery address. You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name as against a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the delivery. Should any of the following situations arise; incorrect delivery address received from customer or no one is available to receive your parcel. The parcels will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to re-scheduled delivery. Note that you will be charged your delivery fee again. X-Ware has outsourced all delivery arrangements. Accordingly, X-Ware shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At X-Ware we are committed to customer satisfaction however products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by X-Ware or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, X-Ware will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five days of receipt. In such an instance, X-Ware will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, X-Ware will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.
